If you receive a product from us that is incorrect, damaged, doesn't fit, or isn't what you expected, please preserve it in its original packaging and submit a ticket to begin the return process. 


  • Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to receive a refund. Please include photos if possible.
  • All other returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and discs must be in re-saleable condition.


Only products purchased through Discraft.com or one of our sales agents are eligible for returns. If you purchased a damaged or defective Discraft product through Amazon, Ebay, or another retailer, please contact them directly, as we are only able to process refunds to the original purchaser.
